Does my dog have to be a member to enjoy Fetch Club services?

The answer in short is NO. Membership to Fetch Club is not required, and we welcome every dog and their family to use our services. Certain services, discounts, and perks are reserved for members only, however. But if that rocks your boat then we welcome you with open arms!

 

I have multiple dogs.  Do I need to purchase a membership for each of my dogs?

Each of our memberships covers the entire family, up to 3 dogs.  

 

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Each Annual Membership comes with one pause. Unfortunately, there is no pause on Quarterly Memberships. Both membership options are non-refundable once purchased.
